Through corporate law audits and audits of non-listed companies, I have worked closely with the realities behind the numbers, gaining extensive experience in internal controls and operational improvements.
Later, at Tokyo SPC Management Co., Ltd., I expanded my field to more specialized and complex financial structures—including real estate funds and securitization schemes—and gained practical experience in supporting the establishment, management, and liquidation of SPCs from both accounting and tax perspectives.
After becoming independent, I established “Ito CPA Office,” supporting specialized and public-interest sectors such as medical corporations, social welfare corporations, and real-estate-related entities.
In 2021, I launched “Ito Real Estate Management,” expanding into real estate M&A, asset liquidation, and SPC structuring in Japan.
In recent years, I have also focused on providing accounting and tax support to Japanese companies operating overseas, especially in Thailand.
We opened a local accounting office in Bangkok in July 2025.
By integrating expertise in auditing, taxation, real estate, and international accounting, I aim to serve as an “accounting partner bridging Japan and Asia,” supporting clients’ challenges and growth.
